Flyet fortsatte parallelt med banen, svingte inn på denne og tok av. Flyet ble påført skader i halepartiet, spesielt på høyde- og sideror. Instruktør var løytnant Kjell J. Gudbjørgsrud og elev, løytnant Asbjørn Hegge. Begge var uskadde. Flyets gangtid ved uhellet var 413:30. Flyet ble brukt ved konverteringskurs til O-1A for OP-flygere.</td>

<td colspan="3">Større havari. Havariet skjedde i forbindelse med kortbane landinger på en feltflyplass på Tuneøya, fire km nord for Sarpsborg. Under landingen traff flyets understell noen tømmerstokker ca. 15 m før landingsområdet. Flygeren klarte å holde maskinen i luften, men understellet var skadd og høyre hovedunderstell falt senere av. Flyet ble fløyet til Rygge, hvor nødlanding ble foretatt. Denne endte med at flyet ble liggende på høyre vinge etter å ha hatt rundt 150 fot på slutten av utrullingen. Flygeren, kaptein Terje Andersen, var uskadd. Han var alene ombord. Flyet tilhørte Flygeskolen, Værnes. Det ble tatt ut av tjeneste etter havariet og avgitt til LTS, Kjevik som instruksjonsfly.</td>
